Mr. Mitchell has practiced law for over twenty-five years. His experience includes service as a judicial law clerk to the Hon. Thomas T. Glover, U. S. Bankruptcy Judge for the Western District of Washington in Seattle. Mr. Mitchell is a boater, a musician, a Navy veteran and a Husky football fan.

Mr. Mitchell is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, the Commercial Law League of America, the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys and the Creditor/Debtor Section of the Washington State Bar Association. He has lectured at continuing legal education seminars on lien enforcement and bankruptcy issues and is a member of the panel of arbitrators for mandatory arbitration proceedings in King County Superior Court.
